I can't add a mail account

In my mail settings I click accounts and then everything is grayed out I've tried to restart and completely reset my iPad but nothing is working

iPad, iPadOS 17

If you are unable to access Mail settings, check your ScreenTime settings:

Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes - set to Allow
