AirPods Pro won't connect after reset

Hello

So I was using AirPods pro with my iPhone, it was fine until today. I connected them to my iphone and only one of them was working. Only one was working but the different one! So I thought maybe if I reset them, they will start to work properly. So I clicked the "Forgot devise" option on my iPhone , hold the button in the case (with airpods inside) until the light turned orange. After a while, it started to blink white (paring mode) but my iPhone doesn't detect them - automatic connection after holding them next to iPhone doesn't work, I can't see them in available Bluetooth devices. I updated my iPhone but doesn't help. what shall I do?

I also tried to reset my network settings on my iPhone - didn't help either.

Re: AirPods Pro won't connect after reset

If you haven't already, you might want to try wearing your AirPods,

and

on iPhone: Try Settings > Bluetooth > tap "Not Connected"

Else:

Sometimes just restarting the iPhone restores order, if the AirPods have been pairing ok before.

If you still need help:

You might want to check that you are only connecting AirPods to one device at a time.

(Eg may not be switching between multiple devices.)

See if turn off / turn on bluetooth helps

or

If needed:

You may want to check the firmware on the AirPods has automatically updated to the latest version:

Tip: Leave AirPods connected to power overnight with the iPhone connected to wi-fi close by, so they can update automatically.
