Prior to iOS 17, I would frequently scan documents into Notes, then copy any desired information for a Numbers sheet. Since iOS 17, however, this feature seems to have disappeared. Attempting to highlight text only results in the entire PDF being highlighted, and attempting to paste even that yields no results.
Am I missing something, is this a bug, or has a useful feature just been outright removed?

If you're having issues copying text from a PDF, first try a restart to see if that clears up the issue: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
