Activate Mac (MacBook pro 2019)

Hi. I bought a MacBook Pro 13 2019 from eBay, but it wasn't specified that it was locked. It arrived tomorrow, and I can't use it because it's locked. Recovery didn't work either. I did a DFU restore, and now it's asking me to activate it, but I don't have the necessary information. I tried contacting the seller, but they haven't responded. I also erased it, but it still returns me to the activation screen. How can I resolve this issue? Additionally, I'm experiencing a problem with the touchpad. It looks good on the outside, but it doesn't respond when clicked. What could be the issue, and do I need to replace it entirely?

You have been scammed. So, contact the seller, prequeisng a return. Provide them with a photo. If they decline accepting a return, then contact eBay, seeing if the seller can be held accountable, and if you can get your money back. This is the site the seller should have used prior to selling it: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, Trade in, or Recycle your Mac - Apple Support. The seller should have known better.
