I updated my Mac book and I am unable to accept the terms and conditions. I scrolled down and the accept button isn't available.
Log out of iCloud or AppleID. You should then be able to accept the new terms & conditions. This has been an issue for a couple of years now.

Honestly, I’m not sure from what to what. I just did the usual update and now it’s stuck
