New iPhone 15 pro, over heating

I got the new iPhone pro 15, and it’s over heating. So much where you can’t even hold it. Has anyone else had experience this problem and what should I do?

There may be a few contributing factors to this.

Please ask yourself this:

  1. Are you using it in a relatively hot or tropical environment?
  2. Is the iPhone 15 pro currently in a case?
  3. Are you using apps that are either graphics or processor intensive?
  4. Do you believe that the battery may be faulty?

My guess is that either there are tasks and or apps being used that are processor intensive or the battery may be faulty.

See if you can either update the software and or raise a ticket with Apple failing this.

So do I, same issues, same angry customer: my iphone 15 pro gets incredibly hot also performing simple task, like having a short call or shooting 4 or 5 photos in a normal environment...maybe 25 Celsius.

No way: I am really disappointed by this behavior, I bought a 1400€ smartphone and I cannot even call someone because it becomes so much hot I cannot touch it with my cheeks.

I am an Apple customer since 2004: I really hope they will find a fix or I'll ask Amazon for a total refund.
