A corrupted (garbled) display and color cast is almost certainly a hardware problem which will need repair by Apple's service network. Contact Apple Support to arrange getting your watch examined and serviced.

We can't see the subject devices, so it is pointless to speculate.

However, if the watch is still basically usable there might be a very simple test to show whether the problem is in the display and its connection to the logic board. Make a screen shot on the watch (enable it in the Watch app on your iPhone, then simply short press the Digital Crown and the side button at the same time). The screen shot will be stored to your iPhone's photos, where you can view it.

If the screen shot shows the same corrupted display and color issue, the fault is probably on the Watch's logic board or in software. If the screen shot shows a non-corrupted normal display the fault is in the display panel and the connection which links it to the logic board.

There are many queries I've been seeing about the Green tint issue on the Apple Watch.

There is no 100% perfect solution for this problem. We need to wait until Apple officially confirms it.

However, turning on Sleep Focus helped some users fix this issue. It can be a temporary solution, but there is no damage in trying this workaround.
