Syncing Notes with iCloud

Notes on my iphone 14 Pro updated to iOS 17.0.2 are not showing up on web at icloud.com/notes. On that page, getting error: "Note Unavailable The owner stopped sharing, or you don’t have permission to open this note." Tried disabling Notes on my iPhone at Settings/iCloud/Notes, restarted iphone, re-enable Notes, but that had no effect. Prior to the iOS 17 update, things had been fine. If anyone has a solution, would appreciate hearing it.

This problem started sometime after upgrading to IOS 17.x I'm using google Chrome browser from a windows PC to access apple Notes and Reminders, etc. Also, Reminders works with no problem. I just tried using Firefox browser and everything works. Also, my PC is set to sleep then hibernate so I only reboot it maybe twice a month. All the applications including browsers are minimized to the taskbar.

I just closed chrome browser and reopened it a few minutes later and got the same message. Then I went to Reminders, iCloud, Keynote, etc and everything worked then I clicked on apple Notes and it was magically working.

Ignore the my first post above this one, I missed the edit time limit and it can't be deleted. This is updated with the correct solution.

SOLUTION: The bookmark or shortcut link was the problem. Something had changed on apple's end and using the incorrect link causes that error message. You should click on: www.icloud.com/notes and bookmark that because the link will change at the end adding something that is unique to your specific account and eventually that part may change and you either be redirected or more likely see an error message. My link in the address bar changes to: https://www.icloud.com/notes/05f5wJfrD0Qxj-NPLXXXXSNPcUA
