Voice Control Commands button Error on Mac.

When I hit the Commands button in Voice Control; I'm locked out with this error. I'm assuming it's some third party software interfering. How and where would I go on my Mac to find the culprit file? It works fine if I log in as another user.

macOS dictation keeps making the same (very specific) mistake When I use a particular term using macOS dictation, my Mac always makes the same mistake. Whenever I say "American advertisers" (which I have to say a lot!) it always comes up with "Association of National Advertisers". System Voice pop-up menu Un-selectable Hi, When following the instructions for "Change the voice your Mac uses to speak text" from the macOS User Guide, the System Voice pop-up menu at Step 2. is un-selectable (as shown below) We have tried updating software to most current and reboot to no avail. The pop-up menu will say loading voices for a few seconds and then stay gray and un-selectable. Spoken content works, but it plays a low quality default male voice.

Solved. The issue was corrupted custom commands. Had to delete them all.

Problem still occurs when booting up in Safe Mode.
