regarding purchasing and payment

I had payed through UPI transactions for Iphone15 and a charger head and the payment is successfull at my side but It didnt get reflected in the site and I didn't get any order details lioke bill number or invoice or anything. it is aslike I didn't order anything from myside but I have ordered and amount is debucted from my account through UPI I dont know the problem can anyone help?
