I am currently on the 200GB iCloud plan and I am charged $2.99 for it, why do I still get charged $0.99 separately and the bill says iCloud 50 GB storage?

So I found out the reason I had this issue. My wife is part of my Apple "family" and she got the 50GB iCloud for $0.99. As head of the household, it gets charged to my credit card. That's why there are 2 charges.
