Keynote & ZOOM not playing nicely

I just tried to present Keynote slides in ZOOM (like I have for two years), and I get message: "Unable to import slides because Keynote is not installed. What? Please help! ZOOM is up to date and I rebooted my computer.

I see below the wrong computer is listed - I have a 13" pro running Ventura 13.2

MacBook Pro 15″

I'm experiencing a problem with this as well and I haven't in the past. I have found a workaround which you may already know...

Convert Keynote slides to PowerPoint. This seems to work. Not ideal as there are inevitable formatting issues

Waiting for Zoom to get back to me about how to fix this

Sent them the diagnostics and they replied with a request for me to film my desktop while I’m trying to open the slides in zoom. I sent them the film last week and I’m still waiting…

i’m leaning towards there’s a glitch with the new dynamic backgrounds they released. This is because my end run has been to use an old MacBook Pro laptop. When I tried to open the slide deck, using the new dynamic background, I was stuck again. As soon as I reformatted the slides into a plain background, I could open the deck within zoom. I let the iWork team know that as well
