Apple Watch series 9 compatible with iPhone SE with iOS17 ?

I have a iPhone SE (2ndGeneration) with iOS17, can I use it with the new Apple Watch series 9 ?

The only information I see is

"Apple Watch Series 9 require iPhone Xs or later with iOS 17 or later."

I think iPhone SE 2nd generation is posterior to iPhone Xs, but I'm not sure.

Can anyone help?

You' ll need an iphone running iOS 17, and the second generation SE is capable of upgrading to iOS 17.
