How Do I turn off IOS 17 asking me if I want to share my contact info EVERY SINGLE TIME?

Whenever I get a phone call, text or send a message of any kind to anyone, IOS 17 on my iPhone 13 Pro continuously asks me if I want to share my contact information with them. And it’s every single time they text me or I text them. Either I have their contact info in my phone so why would I want to share my contact info with someone who already has it OR it is someone who has called me ONCE and this is the first time I have ever heard of them so why would I want to share my info with this rando? It’s a very annoying thing and I want to know if there is a way to get IOS to stop asking me.
