No way to return my iPhone for repair.

How can I return my phone for repair. I have Apple care. Apple can’t send me a label for canada post. I don’t have a courier service where I live in remote / rural canada. I spoke with 14 people. Spent over 2.5 hours on the phone. The closest store is 2000 miles. I can only fly there - on a flight that costs over 2k. Please help me!
