Family Sharing broken on ios 17

After installing iOS 17.0.1 a few hours ago on my iPhone 14, my wife can no longer access my shared Apple News+ or Apple TV+ subscriptions on her iPhone 6s plus. In Settings on both iPhones, Family Sharing is properly configured and enabled. I've restarted both phones multiple times. I've deleted and re-added the iPhone 6 from the "Family". Still the iPhone 6 does not recognize the shared News+ or Apple TV+ subscriptions. The shared iCloud storage however is working on the iPhone 6. Looks like a bug in iOS 17. Any suggestions?

Update: After about 12 hours, the subscriptions shared from the iPhone 14 with iOS 17 suddenly became available through Family Sharing on the iPhone 6 with iOS 15.7.9. During that time, no further configuration changes were made and neither device was restarted. Guess it just had to "cook" for a while.
