Why was my account disabled?

My account seems to have been disabled for no good reason. I've reset my Apple password, but still can't watch Apple TV. It seemed that you didn't have my payment information, so I re-entered it and it wasn't accepted. WTF?


This worked a few weeks ago, now nothing.
