Shazam library disappeared

1) shouldn’t there be a shazam topic here to choose?

my Shazam library just disappeared.. over 10yrs of saved music.. icloud sync is on and always has been…. all songs were there one day.. then the following day when i went to shazam a song…. there are only 10 songs now from the day before.. please help.. this is tragic.. I also logged into shazam online.. “your account has no data… “

I posted this October of 2023.

History of events

Last week I tried to open the Shazam app and it kept crashing
Deleted the Shazam app and re-downloaded. Still crashing
Saw an update was available to iOS 17.0.3. Downloaded and installed
Opened Shazam with no issues but found all of my Shazam'd songs were gone. Years and Years of songs gone. Switched from Android to iPhone early in 2017. Had Shazam since at least 2011, maybe earlier...
Logged into Shazam through a web browser and had zero songs listed in my account
CSV of data to download will not work, because my account shows 0 Shazam's

Why did I lose my data?

Can the data be recovered?
