The bank account has not been debited - pre-ordered Iphone 15 pro max

Hi guys, I pre-ordered iphone 15 pro max 15 september and I got an email from apple

that I will be informed when it is send to me but the problem is my account haven't been charged even I don't see it on pending transaction.

Could you please tell me if anybody has the same situation? Is this

normal or something goes wrong ? Thank you all for replies. Regards.
