Digital AV Lightning Adapter not working post-IOS 17

Using iPhone 14 Pro Max. Using an apple model A1438 lightning digital AV adapter to connect HDMI to a monitor. Not using the cheap AMZ ones, been down that road. This a genuine apple product. This worked fine prior to IOS 17 update. Now post IOS 17 it does not recognize the adapter. I checked all the cabling, I rebooted the phone. I was able to get it to state 'unlock phone to use this accessory' once while the phone was locked, but it still did not display via the port.

Update. I tried plugging in the optional lightning charging port on the adapter to power the iPhone through the lightning AV adapter and now it is working.

I have a similar problem. I stream games to the TV. Now they look fuzzy and with poor resolution

I’ve got the same issue except I’m using an iPhone SE

The Lightning AV Adaptor I use to watch Apple + Shows as well as do other things from my iPhone to TV, because I don’t have a Smart Tv, worked perfectly fine until the iOS 17.03 update.

I’m highly upset about this and am trying to figure out how to undo the iOS 17.0.3 update and go back to the previous iOS version I was using.

The thing I liked Best about my iPhone has now become obsolete.

I'm not able to get my iphone 13 Pro Max to cast on my computer monitor with the Lightning Digital AV Adapter... I'm on iOS version 17.3.1. Followed every thread/comment in here to troubleshoot (enabled Accessories, checked to make sure the the Apple Digital AV Adapter appears in the General > About section, rebooted, etc.)

Did anyone actually get this to work casting on a monitor?

Please help! :(
