Anyone else having issues with Messenger since update 17?

I updated my iPhone yesterday with the latest update 17. Since then I’ve lost access to Messenger.

tried deleting and reinstalling but to no avail. Anyone else experiencing this issue and have a fix? Thanks.

The issue I face after updating my iPhone Xs to iOS 17 relates to accessing my photos library with the messenger app. Photos Full access option is not listed for the messenger app and without Full access enabled I cannot send photos/videos via the messenger app.
