iPhone 12 has been flawless, however updated to IOS 17 and now can’t use the phone to make / receive calls as the volume is too low to hear easily. I now have to use my iPod Pros for calls.
I've watched everyYouTube video and tried every suggestion without success.
its got to be a setting somewhere - but I’m out of ideas.
any help appreciated

Does the sound otherwise playback to an acceptable volume? Can you listen to voicemails?
Make sure you take every step here:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
