why does my call screen turn gray when making a phone call after update iOS 17?
After updating to iOS 17 my phone screen turns gray while making or receiving a phone call. Is this normal?

In iOS 17 you may set up a contact poster/photo that will be displayed to others when calling them, or will be displayed to you when you call them.

If the contact photo/poster is missing or not working it could be displaying the gray screen in its place. If the contact photo has been set up and it isn't working, restarting may help to refresh things: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
