Sim locked
My iPhone 11 is not using my sim card if i put it in the phone it get locked it only brings HELLO and when you switch up it ask for wifi network and then tells me my sim is not supported
how can i be helped please

It sounds like your phone is locked to a carrier OTHER than the carrier of your currently installed SIM.
ONLY that “other” carrier can release the lock.
If you are not one of that other carrier’s subscribers, they have virtually zero incentive to do so.
