Personal voice feature not working on my iPhone

Hello everyone,

I recently upgraded to iOS 17 on my iPhone 13 and was eager to try out the new 'personal voice' feature. However, when attempting to create it, a blank popup appeared with only a cancel button, and unfortunately, the process failed. I tried restarting my device, but still encountered the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions for a solution?
