iPhone 14 pro max, up to date. Home hubs up to date. Essentials devices all with latest firmware. A box of three essential lamps purchased from apple, only one of the three will install. For the others I get 'Unable to add accessory - pairing with accessory failed'. Having added a lamp, but being unable to add others, I am now baffled.

I also have Essentials bulb that I cannot add after iOS 17 upgrade to iPhone 14 Pro and updated HomePod Mini. Just sits displaying “Connecting Device” until it gives up. Bulb was working fine until I upgraded to 17. I removed from Home app and tried to add again. I tried both scanning the code and entering it manual. Nothing has worked so far.

Another issue I see since upgrading to iOS 17 impacts a scene that worked before. I have two of the Essentials bulbs in a scene. This is for watching TV, so the intent is to just says “Watch TV” to set the scene. Since the upgrade, one bulb goes to proper brightness and K value, the other barely comes on. I have discovered if I then use the “Turn Off” scene and turn them off, followed immediately by the “Watch TV” scene again, that scene works properly. This happens every time as far as I can tell.
