HomeKit won’t add device plugs

HELP…….

I can’t add any HomeKit plugs to my HomeKit set up. I’ve tried three different brands…Kasa, Meross and even a Wemo that was working prior, but when I removed it from the home and tried to reinstall, I get the accessory not found error. I have two different homes (work and home)with different routers and still neither is adding. I just confirmed that I can add other items as I tested adding a NanoLeaf bulb with no problems. This has been going on for a week. Any suggestions?
