Is the ECG app available for the iPad?

In the description of the ECG feature on the Apple Watch, it says that you need to install the ECG app on your iPhone. But can the ECG app also be installed on the iPad?

It is only available on apple watch.

Can’t install ECG on my Apple Watch I have the ECG installed on my iPhone. When I go into the Watch app on my iPhone and select heart, I don’t find anywhere where it tells me to install ECG.
