Calorie total on Apple Watch doesn’t make sense

I’m confused about the total calories burnt in a day. One both days in these pictures I burnt around the same amount of calories, but one total is 1600 while the other is 2200?! Why is there such a big difference even though I burnt basically the same amount of calories each day?

Not quite sure what you’re asking here. If you look at it you have a lot more exercise one day than the other. If you look at the move graph, you can also see there is a lot more movement on one of the days from the other. That is going to lead to more calories being burnt as you moved and exercised more so that should go hand in hand that you are going to burn more calories. It’s going to take into consideration your move time and your exercise to determine the amount of calories that you have burned during a given time. You take all of that into consideration and you get your total. There is a A LOT more movement on Friday than Saturday and it shows in the amount of calories burned.
