i turned iff data for some apps on my iphone 6 plus, but i cant find the apps again to turn on data again

i switched off mobile data for some apps on my phone

but I want to turn it back on, but I can no longer find the apps on the section to switch on the mobile data

Unable to turn off mobile data for apps I’m currently running iOS 16.3 on a 13 ProMax and have turned off mobile data for certain apps. However while Wi-Fi is turned off these apps seem to still have internet access as banner & video ads load. Short of outright turning off mobile data entirely or putting the phone on airplane mode these apps seem to retain internet access. Is this a bug with 16.3, have apps found a way to circumvent turning off their mobile data access or is there some setting buried somewhere I’m missing..?

Uninstalled apps use my cellular data I always cut the data off for apps before I uninstall them but mysterious uninstalled apps continue to use my cellular data which is strange. Does anyone know how to fix this? And I seen that someone said it’s the data the apps used before you uninstalled them but I know that’s not true because I always reset the statistics & the apps always consume more of my data. (I meant to click iPhone for the topic and not hardware)
