I'm not so certain there is a name for this restriction policy. Go here: If your Apple ID is Greyed Out in Settings - Apple Support

If your device is supervised, contact the IT organization holding the supervisory lock.

I'm not sure what it is specifically called in Intune, but this setting is controlled by the allowAccountModification key.
