Yesterday I preordered my iphone around 00:20, I got my order mail, but haven't got my confirmation mail that the payment is processed. The money is off of my bank account, so im a little stressed atm. How long can it take to get that mail and is this normal?

Yes, you will be emailed and also receive a text (If you provided your phone number). If there’s no tracking number available to view in “My Orders” it hasn’t shipped yet. Now there is sometimes an extra step you take to “add this order to your Apple ID”. This might be in your confirmation email or use the order number given in that to look it up in my orders and it might prompt you to do it there. This will facilitate in you being able to look up more information. If you purchased in n America you can also call 1-800-MY-APPLE and they can look up your order status, have your order number ready, although it will likely know you’re calling about this item (if you provided your phone number at checkout). They might ask for your Apple ID, so have that ready as well.
TIP: If you want to make sure you don’t miss this email, tap on the email address it was sent from and “Add to VIP”.
I do this and I don’t allow notifications from regular emails except VIP, I even go a step further and add a special sound to VIP Mail so I can’t miss it. Show emails from VIP senders in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
I suggest you give them a call for peace of mind, they answer quickly and can assist with shopping or any technical issues We otherwise can’t help with customer service on the forums.
Most likely once it ships the payment will be posted. As a general rule the payment is authorized at your bank awaiting shipping to be posted. You can view your orders in your account online at whichever store you ordered from. If this was the US Store, it’s right at the top of this page; the little bag icon far right.
Remember you are not asking Apple here. We have no special knowledge of what goes on inside the Apple compound. However, when any hot new product is available for order, order systems can be flooded.
If you have not heard anything by Monday, I would contact Apple. They will not see your question here.
I have made a payment on Amazon with Apple Pay but I can’t seem to find the transaction on my app.. and it still shows my original amount of money before the purchase.. even tho Amazon said it’s ordered.. how do I see if it’s been paid?
