Apple Music is proving useful on both my iPad and iPhone. It says I'm offline when I am not, and tells me to turn off Airplane Mode when Airplane Mode is already off. I tried uninstalling Apple Music and reinstalling it, but the problem persists. What's the point of subscribing to Apple Music when I can't use it?

It isn't clear if this is happening on both your iPhone and iPad or just one device. Steps can vary between devices and software versions, so let us know which device this is happening on and the software versions installed. To find the software version, you'll tap Settings > General > About.
