M2-Mac mini without power
how long can I have my M2 Mac mini without power? Is it safe ?

Sometimes Mac’s sit on the shelf for a year or two before someone comes along and buys it.
What do you mean without power?
If your going away for a month or so, then it might be a good idea to unplug it until you return.
If you are having a power outage, then it might be best to unplug it until the power is fully restored.
If you are having repeated power outages or fluctuations, then getting and using a UPS is a good idea.
