Snapchat “Temporarily disabled”

my Snapchat is temporarily disabled do I need to make a new account on a new device so it doesn't get blocked

Snapchat disabled on Apple iPhone My daughters Snapchat account has been disabled on her iPhone. She can still access her account on her iPad. Snapchat say this is temporary as she forgot her password and had too many login attempts. Is there a way to reinstate or how long is Snapchats temporary? thanks
