The USB 3.1 Bus not working

I'm using MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports). After updating to MacOS Ventura, I found that one of the USB ports (the port that is closer to the user) is not working properly other than using it as a charging port. Please help!

On an Intel Mac....


Port definition is re-defined on each reboot. Try shutting down and rebooting.


no change—

resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support


Still no change, use the configurator—

Revive or restore an Intel-based Mac using Apple Configurator - Apple Support


or contact Apple


Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
