Changing iCloud region

Hi. I'm a US citizen who resides in Italy. There are certain apps that I need here (e.g., Satispay) that are not available in the US app store. I am trying to change my region, but it won't work without an Italian credit card. I simply don't have one and do my banking through the US. Any ideas?

can you change my region please? i would like to change my region as i leave in malta and the itunes store wont let me put in my credit card so i cant make any purchases.

Change Region and Empty Apple Account I want to change my region but I can’t do that until I’ve emptied my credit which is $0.23. I tried to buy something with it but nothing is that cheap so I decided to chip in with my credit card. But to successfully put in my credit card details I need to change my region. So I’m stuck in a loop here please help!

It is not possible to add a credit card from a different region in when changing your country and region I'm afraid
