Vào ngày 07/09/2023 VNT tôi có mở app Beauty Plus, khi đang sử dụng app thì có hiện banner quảng cáo về trải nghiệm sử dụng thử gói premium, sau khi chọn và xác nhận gói sử dụng thử của app này thì tôi bị trừ tiền từ trong thẻ là 919.000 vnđ.
Tôi đã tức tốc liên hệ với bên trang Reportaproblem của Apple yêu cầu hoàn tiền vì tôi chỉ muốn trải nghiệm gói premium chứ không có *** cầu tham gia gói premium của app này, vì căn bản các tính năng của gói premium không thực sự phù hợp với *** cầu của tôi. Tôi đã đề nghị hoàn tiền đến 2 lần nhưng bị từ chối và không có lý do ** thể để tôi biết được tại sao mình không được hoàn tiền.
