Refund money

I signed up for a free 30-day trial of prime video. Because I didn't pay attention, when it was time to pay the fee, Apple automatically deducted my money. I requested a refund immediately but the request is still pending. It is not known when the request will be confirmed and when the money will be returned to the account. I really need that money urgently to cover my living expenses. Hope Apple considers it.
