Hidden configuration profiles on families phones

the past 2 months I have discovered a dns take over and our iPhones were being monitored using malicious background services and hidden zero in folders. This was a in person attack by someone we trusted as a family. I bought new devices and problem remained some of us re downloaded our iCloud some were locked out. My Verizon data is effected as well as home Wi-Fi. Even new android devices brought in the house to use internet even thousands that DONT GET ON THE INTERNET they use nearby sharing and send a cabinet file using Bluetooth even with Firewalla and virus protection on prior. I have lost 8 iPhones, 3 pcs , 1 new iPad , 2 MacBooks one 2023

and hp laptop. And numerous android phones. Something is used as a gateway and I believe it’s my phone. Shazaam is used in shoe cuts to record us talking and it’s saved in music but I’m unable to view it. Same with voice memos and podcasts. I wasn’t able to download them before. Devices are controlled by Mac ID from the printer snitching (it’s gone ) we have lost 5 this summer. No factory reset works I have called Apple probably 15 times I’m losing it, I can’t turn off my locations I can’t even call some people. I need someone to lift the profile configuration or mdm.

Reset the Wi-Fi router to factory settings, check for Wi-Fi firmware updates, if you have network printers reset and update those, and check for other unexpected equipment on your wired or Wi-Fi network, as a starting point. Basically, shut down everything, reset it, and add it back one by one, starting with one iPhone used to reset the Apple ID password (Safety Check, etc) and to then configure and add one W-Fi router, with new Wi-Fi SSID and Wi-Fi password and Apple ID password, etc.
