failed payment method

So basically for months i haven’t been able to download any apps because of my failed payment information i put in my cvv and it still says failed or when i try to remove the payment method it doesn’t let me or it says there is an active subscription on this device and i don’t know what to do i just wanna be able to download my apps regularly again without interruptions please respond and help.

If you have subscriptions like iCloud+, have an unpaid balance, or you use purchase sharing, you must keep at least one payment method on file.
