ios 16.1.2 phone call problem using xs max

i have a iphone xs max dual physical sim from china. yesterday updated to ios 16.1.2. everything works normally except normal phone call.

i cannot hear anything in the earpiece, speakerphone and also connected bluetooth devices. the other party also cannot hear me also. both listen and mic not function during normal phone call no matter i use earpiece, speaker phone or bluetooth devices.

but if i use other social apps, all audio call and video call function works normally.

please help. now i have to reject those normal calls and call back using others apps

EDIT: this was already posted yet my issue isn’t resolved. The phone speaker and mic ARE NOT BROKEN. They work for everything else except phone calls, FaceTime(audio), messenger or any other call method works. Just cellular phone calls DONT. please do not send links for broken mics or speakers and troubleshooting for those because that is NOT the problem. It seems to be a software problem or something similar. And please don’t suggest take it to Apple, that is everyone’s last resort regardless. So please something that can help will be appreciated!
