When I receive a text in Messages, often the text tone doesn't sound. I only find out about the text when I see the badge on the Messages app. Is there a setting I need to change? Can you tell me how to change the settings for the Messages app?

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]

Scheduled summary is disabled. I still sometimes don't get a tone when I receive a text message. Sometimes I do; this appears to be random. Is there something else I need to do to ensure I get a notification tone for every text message I receive? Thanks for your help.
