restore audio settings to default?

I needed to record Mac's "what you hear" output using software called Blackhole (from Existential Audio)

This turned out to be a big mistake and i uninstalled the software. From that point on my audio settings were "wrong" in other programs (like Traktor). Is there a way to restore my Mac audio settings to default?
