Loss of audio level control
I noticed while watch a streaming "Meet The Press" on my 2016 MacBook Pro that the streaming program seemed to take control of the audio away on the computer. How is that possible?

Sorry that was an error on my part. I forgot about sound preferences which was set for multi-output not internal speakers. So the sound was there on internal speakers but no level control.
I don’t do much switching for audio routing.
