My iphone13 Display Problem

I updated the OS and experienced a drop in battery back up. Further the display started to show vertical green lines on it and after few days the display went blank completely. It was all with in a year of purchase that's in November 2022, I had one more month of free service warranty but I couldn't report since I was out of country.


Can someone please suggest me how can I avail my warranty!
