AirPods Pro 2 White Noise Problem on ANC

I just got my AirPods Pro 2 a month ago, and I have this white noise issue when ANC is turned since the beginning. I just got them replaced with the new one and genius at the Apple Store told me that this is unfortunately a problem and probably a hardware problem. When ANC is turned on, and if the environment is quite the white noise is so audible. I am actually really disappointed with the quality. I don't know how apple would fix it but since many people are complaining and they are replacing many AirPods, they should find a solution to this. Because this is not the quality you expect from a 300 euro product.
