Live caption not working

Hi, I just want to ask if there is anyway to delete downloaded live caption data?

I'm currently running ventura 13.5.1. I reset the Mac and use the time machine to restore the machine. Since I set up the live caption before, the restored version also comes with live caption. But when I turned on the live caption, it said "downloading ..." and then "error in downloading" which I believe to be a corrupt in the file after restoration. I think it is easy fix as I only need to delete old data so that it can download new data from Apple. But since I haven't found a way to delete old data of live caption, I'm stuck with broken live caption. Does anyone have any idea how I can delete old live caption data?

You are up to date running the current macOS 13.5.1 build 22G90

"On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click Accessibility in the sidebar, then click Live Captions (Beta) on the right. (You may need to scroll down.) Turn Live Captions on or off. The Live Captions window appears and stays on screen."
