I charged twice for iCloud subscription

You charge me twice a month for iCloud subscription. I initially subscribed to 50 GB for 29 EGP and then upgraded to 200 GB for 99.99 EGP. Now you are deducting from me 29 and 99.99 pounds, even though only 99.99 Egyptian pounds should be deducted, and this has been happening since I upgraded my subscription.

  1. This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple here. We users, are not charging you for anything.
  2. The system will not allow charging for the same thing twice on the same Apple ID.

Either the 29.99 is for something other than iCloud, or there is something else going on such as Family Sharing.

Follow the steps in the support document linked below to identify all the charges on your account.
