Apple TV, how to remove sports from “up next”

He’s it’s turned off in the settings. Yes the history is turned off in my device settings….

I keep seeing sports pop up in my “up next” and I don’t even watch sports….it’s 2023…how is there not an easy solution to this?

Apple TV - Continue Watching Not Updating I have an Apple TV and for about 2 or 3 weeks now, the continue watching hasn’t been updating with my viewing history. I’ll finish watching a show and it doesn’t get removed from continue watching. If I stop a show midway, that’s not reflected on continue watching either. If I go to finish the show and select it from continue watching, it just restarts. I’ve tried updating my Apple TV and restarting it. Nothing has helped. It does, however, update when a new episode of a show is released.

Apple TV "Up Next" How can I stop "Up Next" from changing the app I use to watch a show? For example, If I do not watch a show for over a week, it changes from Paramount Plus to Pluto. I do not even have the Pluto app loaded.

Looking over the details in Watch Now in the Apple TV app - Apple Support up next content should relate to content that is related, but if this is not working as intended, we recommend making sure you are updated via steps in Update your Apple TV - Apple Support. If you have gone through this as well, we would further suggest contacting Apple Support so this can be further investigated.
